If we don't service your area, please provide your name and email during the sign-up process to be placed on our system. We will come back to you when we startour service in your area.

How doesit work?

Once you sign up, you’ll be able to select the service that works best for you. Tell us when to come and we’ll be at your door step. Prefer a bit more flexibility? We also offer “By Request” service so you can use us only when you need us. If you have any special instructions or requests, just let us know. Final step – enter your billing information and you’re on your way to a laundry-free life.

Do you require a credit/debit card to login?

No, we do not require any card details, we required only your mobile number for verification.

Do I need to do anything after I sign up?

The only things you need to do:

1. "Notifications" switched on in your account so you can receive reminders and alerts as per your requirement.

2. Once you done with your order, please fill exact address and location to enable us to pick up.

3. Your clothes will be returned to you the very next day (within 48 hrs), along with two additional disposable bags to use on your next pickup. You will receive your very own “fab clean” reusable laundry bag upon your second drop-off. Put them in your closet(s) for next pick up.

What is the turnaround-time?

Your perfectly washed and folded clothes will be returned to you within 48 hrs after we pick them up. Please note that processing time for stain or special cloths may be extendedand we will inform you accordingly.

* Express service will be delivered within 5 hrs with extra chargeable amount.

Do you offer Dry Cleaning?

Yes

Can I get texts as well as, or instead of, emails?

We will not send any email or SMS. We will provide soft copy of your invoice and other notifications on whatsup.

Is there any contract or long-term commitment once I open account?

None whatsoever. You can cancel or suspend your account at any time.

Does “fab clean” provide commercial laundry services?

Yes, we do provides fast, reliable, and customized laundry services for hotels, salons, barber shops, fitness centres, restaurants, medical offices, summer camps and more!

Do you offer brand partnerships?

Will my clothes be washed or dried with other customer's clothes?

No. We wash and dry our customers’ laundry individually and separately.

Billing Information

How much does your service cost?

Sign up today and find out how much ‘fab clean” costs in your neighborhood. *Some locations subject to change in pricing.

What about bedding and bulk items, how are they charged?

We have displayed out details on pricing page you will find there.

How will I be billed?

We will send you invoice copy on your whatsup application and you can pay after making order or at the time of delivery. We take payment only on UPI. We do not have any third party delivery fees.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We don’t accept any credit card we take payment only on UPI.

Is there a minimum charge?

Minimum charges depend on the “fab clean” location you are serviced by. Please reach out to Customer Service by emailing hello@fab-clean.com or texting/calling +91 98923 49859.

How much was I billed?

According to your order you can see exact amount on total of invoice with all applicable taxes if any on the same page, there are no hidden charges.

How do I cancel my service?

Only if you signed up for a pickup and need to cancel, please cancel. To cancel same day, click "cancel this pickup" on your homepage, then confirm cancellation on the next screen.

Can my roommate and I share an account?

How do I redeem a promo code?

You will be prompted on the billing page to enter the promo code in the box provided! For any promotions received after your account has been created, you may click on the 'Credits' tab located under your profile in your dashboard, select 'Redeem' and enter the promo code. Pickup/Delivery

How do I schedule my next laundry pickup?

1. Log in to your “fab clean” account (via the mobile app or desktop)
2. Choose the date for your laundry pickup
3. Click update
4. Confirm that your “Next Pickup” has been updated to the date you selected.

Should I enable text updates for my laundry pickup/delivery?

You can do with your Text-notifications switched on:
1. Confirm or cancel your next pickup by simply responding to a messageon whatsup only.
2. Receive message updates on your driver's arrival on the day of pickup/drop-off.
3. Receive your invoice totals via message.

What do I put my laundry in for my first pickup?

For your first pickup, please use a standard kitchen bag, or fabric equivalent.
Please do not use hampers or boxes.
You will receive your very own “fab clean” bags on your second drop-off to use moving forward! If an additional laundry bag is needed, please call or text “fab clean” Customer Service at +9198923 49859.*

I need more than one laundry bag, how do I get another?

If you need extra laundry bags, please email hello@fab-clean.com and let them know how many you need. It will charge you 50 rs per bag.

Is there a limit to how much I can send in to be washed, dry Clean or steam press?

No

When is the latest I could schedule a pickup?

Please schedule your pickup after 8:00 am the day of your pickup. This allows enough time for “fab clean” drivers to plan their routes for the day.

Is there a way that “fab clean” could remind me to leave my laundry out for pickup?

Sure. You can choose to receive reminders by whatsup message the day before your pickup is scheduled.

Just log into your account through the fab clean app to find out the status of your laundry and when you can expect your driver to arrive.

Could you pick up and deliver to my place of work?

Yes. We can pick up and drop off your clothes at given address in our service area. We will do our best to accommodate specific time frames, but cannot make any assurances. Please leave any relevant business information in your pickup/drop off instructions in your account and please be sure your write your name on your laundry bag(s).

Where is laundry left for pickup/drop-off?

We recommend that your pickup/drop-off location be protected from the elements if possible. Most customers have us leave their laundry on a front or back porch, in a garage or with their building manager. Please be sure to include the location to pickup and drop off your laundry in your pickup/drop off instructions in your account.

We also keep an eye on the weather / traffic / construction on roads. If any problem, we’ll contact you and make alternate plans.
While we love animals, to ensure the safety of our drivers, we request that any pet be kept in afenced area during pickup/drop-off.

If there's severe weather or the roads are unsafe will my laundry be returned on time?

However rare this is, it can happen. If there is severe weather, we will return your laundry to you as soon as it’s safe for our drivers to do so. We will keep you updated on any delivery changes via phone, or message.

I received a bag of laundry that is not mine,
what do I do ?

If you have received items that are not yours, please email hello@fab-clean.com, or message, or call the “fab clean” Customer Service team 98923498589. We thank you in advance!

How can I tip my “fab clean” Driver?

You can pay only by cash.

Are you closed on Bank / Public/ local festival Holidays?

We are closed on the following Holidays:
Every Monday we closed
New Year’s Day – January 1
Diwali – On Laxmi Pujan Day

Do you offer pickups on weekends?

Laundry

Do you treat stains?

Yes, we do. Please place all stained clothing in a smaller “Special Attention” bag, and place that bag inside your main bag of laundry. Let us know by including a note in the bag or on your laundry profile and we’ll do our best to get it out. While we’re usually successful at removing stains, we can’t guarantee we’ll be able to get it out. If you can pretreat the stain before putting the garment in the bag, it will increase the odds of success.

What steps do you take to accommodate customers with allergies?

Please be advised, if you are hyper allergic to scents from laundry products. We may not be able to guarantee your order will be returned as needed. We will do our best to follow all specified preferences for your order. If you have questions regarding this please contact us prior to scheduling a pick-up.

Who is doing my laundry?

We employ professional staff who complete your laundry in our professional facilities. Laundry is not done by gig workers in their private residences.

Can I choose if my items are folded or hung?

Yes! When you set up your preferences this will be a selection that you choose for your shirts, & pants. These can also be changed and updated anytime in your account.

Some facilities may charge up to Rs 5.00 per hanger used.
We welcome you to send your own hangers with your laundry, marked clearly with your name, or send back any wire hangers to be recycled.

Do you offer hang/line drying?

Yes, most facilities offer hang/line drying. However, due to the next-day turnaround time, items that are selected for hang/line dry may be returned slightly soggy.

Do you offer ironing or pressing?

No, we do not offer ironing or pressing. We are providing a washing, dry-clean and steam press service.

What detergents, softeners, dryer sheets and bleaches do “fab clean” offer?

How often can I change or update my laundry profile?

As often as you like. Please note any changes should be made 24hrs before your scheduled pick up.

Can I add special instructions for my laundry?

yes you can. We check your personal laundry profile for any changes each time and we process your laundry as per instructions updated. To add or make changes to your special instructions: Login to Mobile Application.

We do our best to accommodate every request. If there’s something special, we need to know just log into your account and update your laundry and folding instructions. Please be sure to update any instructions 24hrs before your scheduled pick up.

I would like some of my clothes returned on hangers, but I don't have a spot for the driver to hang the clothing, what should I do?

We suggest adding a hook to a wall or fence, or adding an over-the-door hook to your front door to hang items. If no hook is available, we will use our best judgment to keep your clothing safe.

Will my clothes be washed or dried with other customer's clothes?

No. We wash and dry our customers’ laundry individually in separately. *

Will my whites be washed separately from my coloured items?

yes.

What happens if you lose/damage some garments?

We strive to provide high-quality care and we work hard to keep up with those standards. If we lose or damage an article, please notify customer service within 24 hours of the laundry being returned to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged by the weather / theft after it is dropped off at your home. Please review our Terms of Service and Protection Policy for more details.

Can I send in laundry items with Fungus?

The Aspergillus species of Fungus on clothes can easily be inhaled by people and has been known to cause respiratory problems, like coughing, sneezing, wheezing, and even fever. Accordingly, “ Fab Clean” will refuse to launder items covered in Fungus and will return the items, unwashed.

Does “fab clean” wash, dry, and fold bedding?

Yes, we do! Please note that larger stuffed items may be returned slightly damp.

Do you launder items that are soiled?

“fab clean” reserves the right to refuse service of items soiled with bodily fluids, chemicals, or garbage. If we are unable to launder, items will be returned unwashed. In the event that we can launder, laundry is subject to a sanitation fee ie rs. 50 per cloths. *

Do you launder coats?

Yes, any machine washable / dryclean coats may be sent in with your laundry.

Can I send in my shoes to be washed?

Yes we wash any kind of shoes and bags.

Do you launder items that are soiled?

“fab clean”reserves the right to refuse service of items soiled with bodily fluids, chemicals, or garbage. If we are unable to launder, items will be returned unwashed. In the event that we can launder, laundry is subject to a sanitation fee ie rs. 50 per cloths. *

Can I send my undergarments in to be washed?

Yes

We have a business that offers towels to our guests, can we send just towels in?
